Provider and scope

Nevaberry Oy operates nevaberry.com. Our company and contact details appear below. These terms cover use of the website and its payment facility. The scope, price and delivery of each service are agreed separately before payment.

Agreed payments

Use the Pay page to settle an invoice or another payment agreed with Nevaberry Oy. Check your invoice or written agreement first and enter its total amount and invoice number or agreed reference. If the invoice contains a personal payment link, use that link first.

Using the payment page does not by itself order a new service, start a subscription or change an agreed delivery. The page is not an open donation campaign. Contact us first if the purpose or amount has not been agreed.

Price, tax and delivery

The quote, agreement or invoice specifies the service price, applicable tax, payment schedule and delivery terms. Enter the total euro amount stated in that document. Payment does not add another product or a recurring charge.

Entering an amount or reference does not verify that it matches an outstanding invoice. We match the payment using its details. Keep the payment service's receipt or payment identifier.

Payment methods

The available options are shown on the Pay page and in the payment service's checkout. Stripe processes card payments and its other available methods. Bitcoin payments use Nevaberry Oy's own BTCPay Server store.

For Bitcoin, follow the checkout's address, network, bitcoin amount and expiry time. Confirmation depends on the network and the payment service's confirmations. Your wallet may charge a network fee. Do not pay an invoice again just because confirmation is delayed.

Payment errors, refunds and complaints

Contact the email address below if you paid the wrong amount, paid twice or need to report a problem with a service. Include the invoice number or payment identifier and describe the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or wallet recovery words.

We review the issue and any refund under the service agreement and applicable law. Your choice of payment method does not remove statutory rights.

Consumer rights

A consumer distance contract for services generally has a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. Applicable exceptions and service details are provided before agreement. Payment alone is neither a request to start during that period nor a waiver of withdrawal rights. Any necessary request and consent are obtained separately.

You can withdraw by emailing us and identifying the contract. Mandatory consumer protection and statutory liability for defects always apply. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board.

Website content and use

The site publishes technical articles, recommendations, experiments and open-source material. Free examples and downloadable scripts are provided for information and experimentation. Assess and test them before using them in your systems. Any accompanying licence governs use of the relevant material.

Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit malware or spam. Linked third-party services have their own terms. Our paid services remain subject to their agreement and applicable law.

Privacy, changes and governing law

Our privacy policy describes processing of website, correspondence and payment information. Finnish law applies without limiting mandatory protections or legally available courts in a consumer's country of residence.

Website content and these terms may change. A new version does not retrospectively change an existing service agreement. The date above identifies the latest revision.
